Here’s something a little bit different! Our first Pewter badge, hand sculpted, cast and polished to an antique finish. The first design for our upcoming Wyrd Folk collection, a trove of apparel, accessories and art objects coming soon. This badge is based on a centuries old medieval manuscript illumination, and inspired by medieval pilgrim badges.

Produced in the UK from lead-free pewter and features two sturdy pins with fastenings on the back. The badge is approximately 6.5cm long x 5cm wide (at longest/widest point) and is shipped in a black jewellery box, making it a perfect gift.

I'm very pleased to share with you this new and special collaboration with J Moritz Krebs AKA Black Crab Art. This is the first set of miniatures based on the folk horror art world that Moritz has been quietly dreaming up over the past few years, world-building purely through drawing and painting. This new realm is a 17th century folk horror setting, standing apart from our long running grimdark fantasy range, with a gloomier, greener and more eerie aesthetic!

It has been a wonderful process bringing these never seen before minis to life, from hand sculpting to painting and photographing, particularly as Moritz has yet to reveal the lore behind his imaginings, the mystery has really sparked my imagination, I'm really looking forward to hearing the narratives sparked and uses that you will all have for these minis! 

Black Crab - The Artist.

J.Mortiz Krebs, the artist responsible for concepting these miniatures also works entirely by hand as a traditional illustrator, find out more about his beautiful work by following him on Instagram @blackcrabart or visiting his site here.

I have chosen to base the first sculpts on his watercolour rendered drawings, 9 unique and brand new hand sculpted miniatures. The minis are supplied unpainted, with some assembly required.

Here we have these spectacular Chaotic Dwarves by relative newcomer Jake Beeson AKA The Slugsfoot. These ten minis represent Jake's first commercially available minis and include a whole host of wicked looking characters including a fully sculpted banner.

Cast in metal for durability. Miniatures are supplied unpainted. Due to their hand sculpted nature, I am offering metal castings only, no STLs exist.
