Where are you based?
I live in the UK, in Exmoor National Park. I sculpt and paint from my home office, where my wife works on the admin for the business. Our casters are based in the UK, and we pack and ship your orders from our office here on Exmoor.
My minis have be sent in multiple pieces, are they broken?
Probably not. We cast most of our resin (and some metal) minis in multiple parts, to ensure they don’t get damaged during the casting process, and so we can offer a Large Letter postage to you to keep the cost of shipping down. However whilst this is the case for the vast majority of queries we receive about models being delivered in multiple pieces, very occasionally there has been a breakage in transit. We are more than happy to check your minis for you, just drop us a line here with some images of your models and we will be able to help you.
I want to know how to assemble my models, can you help?
Absolutely! I have a Patreon where for just £1 a month, you can access helpful instructions and tips to assemble and paint your minis. Some of my posts are made accessible to the public, so do check out my Patreon here.
Do you offer an assembly and paint service?
Sadly not. I do love painting minis, but it really does take up a lot of valuable sculpting time, and so all minis are shipped unassembled and unpainted.

Do prices include VAT?
For UK mainland deliveries, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
I would like to order something that is out of stock, can I do this?
We do sometimes run pre-orders and accept payment for new ranges, and the product listing will clearly mention when the item is due to ship. If we have run out of stock for existing ranges and we anticipate a new delivery to us soon, we may make these products available to purchase, with a clear expected shipping date on the product listing. If you have a query about an out of stock item that doesn’t appear to be restocked soon, or an old mini from the vaults, do get in touch, we may still be able to help! Do you accept returns?
We do, in accordance to your consumer rights. If you have changed your mind about your order, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a brief note about why you are returning. You will then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us for a refund or exchange. You can find out our full shipping & returns policy here.
Do you ship overseas?
We do indeed. you can find our full shipping policy on our Ordering Information page, along with shipping rates and expected delivery times for International destinations.
Are there additional charges for deliveries outside the UK?
Your order may be subject to customs and import charges, and additional local sales fees and taxes in your destination country. We are not responsible for these additional charges, and so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Full information on International shipping can be found here.
One of the items in my order is a pre-order, will you ship this separately?
We will ship all your items together, as we can only offer one rate of shipping per order. This means if you have a pre-order that is not available for a period after you have placed your order, all your items will be shipped once your pre-order is in stock. Please consider this when placing your order, and if necessary place 2 separate orders if you require the in stock items sooner. You can find out our full shipping policy here.
Your Information
Why do you need my email address?
We use your email address to communicate with you regarding your order. You will receive an Order Confirmation email, and any further shipping notification emails from us. We may also send you occasional news, discounts and information regarding new products from time to time. Don’t worry, we wont spam you and you will be able to unsubscribe from our mail list at any time. Full information can be found here.
Do you use cookies?
Yes. Like many other websites, our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computer or mobile phone. We use cookies to keep track of what you have in your bag and to remember you when you leave and return to our site. Our Responsibility
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are constantly looking for better ways to create and ship our items in a more environmentally conscious way. We package our items in small, reusable plastic bags, so please either dispose of correctly or reuse them. We don’t use any other plastic packaging, other than this, which also means we can keep our costs low for our customers. We pack our orders using recyclable paper ‘bubblewrap’, Eco Chips and Kraft paper packing tape, with printed on-demand invoices/safety instructions to keep our carbon footprint low. Please dispose of the packaging in a considered way, and wherever possible reuse it.
