Please note, if your destination country requires any ID reference to be attached to your package, please ensure this is entered into the notes box at the checkout. Failure to do this may mean that your parcel is returned to us.

For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Meridian Miniatures is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any delays to shipping in your region, due to industrial action for example. Please consider this before placing your order.
We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'.
Unless you have ordered a pre-order item, your order will be shipped within 1-5 working days, unless notified prior to ordering (for example, if we are taking a brief holiday, in which case we will make this clear on our website). If you have ordered a pre-order item, all purchases will ship with that pre-order. Orders are not able to be part shipped. Please consider this when finalising your purchase.
For UK orders, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery
For International orders, please allow up 21 working days for delivery. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delayed delivery times once your order has left the UK. Our shipping provider aims to delivery within the timeframes above, however are not responsible once your order is handed to your destinations shipping partner. We strongly advise you select a tracked service to ensure complete visibility across your orders journey.
Gift Cards will be sent via email at the time of purchase. Please refer to our terms of purchase for Gift Cards here.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure we have the correct shipping address for your order at all times. We are very happy to accommodate changes of address prior to your order leaving us, however if we have not been informed before the item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries.

Returns
If you wish to return your product, please contact us at hello@meridianminiatures.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item, with the reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us (at your cost, unless faulty/damaged) to be issued a refund or exchange.

Please ensure you return the item to us as it has been delivered to you, we cannot accept returns that have been damaged in transit due to inadequate return packaging. Unless received faulty/damaged, all items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. MERIDIAN MINIATURES reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. It is good practice to ensure you photograph your parcel before returning to us, and we strongly advise you use a tracked service to ensure arrival with us. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the products return, via the original method of payment. Please note, we do not offer refunds on Gift Cards. You can find our gift card policy here.
